We did not just check the structure. A judge read this play against the full text of every skill it chains (composition), then ran it on a real scenario end to end (simulated). It passed both. Test scenario: Riverbend InsurTech, mid-market SaaS. New SDR Maria just inherited the healthtech vertical this quarter with zero pipeline.

J
I own the mid-market fintech segment this quarter and I'm starting from a blank list. Can you build me a target list from our ICP?
S
Step 1· Outbound List Builder
Pulled accounts matching your ICP, ran fit gates, and scored each one 0-100 so the strongest land on top. Tiered them and tagged the personas to hit inside each account, with a one-line reason each earns its spot.
tier A18 accts
tier B31 accts
Receipt
64 fintech accounts scored and ranked, top 18 flagged as tier A worth working first.
J
A few of these just raised or are hiring hard. Which ones have a fresh reason to reach out right now?
S
Step 2· Trigger Outreach
Scanned the list for live signals and found funding rounds, new VP hires, and product launches inside the last 30 days. Kept only the ones still fresh and picked the single angle each trigger earns.
Receipt
9 accounts with a trigger in the last 30 days, each with one angle to lead on.
J
Take the top account, the one that just hired a VP of Rev Ops, and write me a cold email.
S
Step 3· Cold Email Writer
Built the email on one idea, the new VP inheriting a messy handoff, with an opener that shows I actually looked. Short, soft CTA, no filler. Added two follow-ups so it's a 3-touch sequence.
Receipt
3-touch email sequence, opener under 90 words, one ask at the end.
J
Same person, but for LinkedIn. What do I send there?
S
Step 4· Linkedin Outreach
Wrote a connection note that doesn't pitch, then two value-first follow-ups for after they accept. Since this prospect is cold, the thread opens with something useful to them, not a demo ask.
Receipt
Connection note plus 2 follow-ups, matched to a cold prospect.
J
Okay, now stitch all of this into one cadence so I know what to do on which day.
S
Step 5· Cadence Builder
Laid out the full sequence across email, LinkedIn, and call, with timing and the intent behind every touch so nothing is just a bump. Ended it with a clean break-up so dead threads close themselves.

Receipt
18-day, 11-touch cadence ready to launch across the top 18 accounts, first meeting expected inside 2 weeks.
── 04 / SEE IT IN PRODUCTION

Before you run it, I ran it for real.

This workflow is genericized from a real build. Here is the number it moved, and what I actually did.

THE BUILD · TAM + PRIORITIZATION
Scoring the TAM
~4x
more revenue-bearing opps than the prior run rate
~4.5x
more new pipeline created than the prior run rate
~90%
of that pipeline came from strong-fit accounts
100%
of outbound landed on-strike-zone
WHAT I DID
01
One rubric for the whole market. ICP fit earns the base, 40 to 70. Product engagement adds up to 30, the loudest and most honest signal. Buying signals add up to 20, bounded so they can only ever help, never carry a bad-fit account.
02
Three stages, one engine. Fit, product, and intent are scored separately and stacked, so the number always shows its work and no single signal can hide behind another.
03
Every account gets a tier and a move. The output is not a score in a vacuum. It is a tier, Strike or Hot and down, and a specific first action per account, by role, so a rep never has to ask what to do next.

You cannot prioritize a market by scoring one deal at a time. Put the entire TAM through one rubric, fit for the base, product for the lift, intent capped so it can only help, and make reps work the ranked list top-down. The teams that do book more of the right pipeline and stop burning a quarter of their capacity on accounts that were never going to buy.
