Built GTM is operated by Heath Barnett as a personal brand and newsletter. This page explains what data I collect, how I use it, and what your rights are.

What I collect

When you subscribe to the Built GTM newsletter, Built GTM collects:

  • · Your email address
  • · Basic engagement data (opens, clicks) via the newsletter platform
  • · If you fill out a contact form or sponsorship inquiry: your name, email, and the content of your message

How I use it

Your data is used only to:

  • · Deliver the weekly newsletter
  • · Send transactional emails (welcome, account changes)
  • · Respond to direct inquiries
  • · Improve the newsletter content based on aggregate engagement patterns

I do not sell your data. I do not share your email with sponsors. I do not run paid ads to my subscriber list on third-party networks.

Where it lives

Newsletter subscriber data is stored at Ghost (the newsletter platform that hosts Built GTM at newsletter.builtgtm.ai). Read their privacy policy at ghost.org/privacy.

Website analytics, if used, are powered by Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool. No tracking pixels. No third-party ad networks.

Your rights

  • · Unsubscribe anytime. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • · Request deletion. Email me and I will permanently delete your record.
  • · Request a copy of your data. Same process. Email me.
  • · GDPR + CCPA rights. If you are in the EU or California, the same rights apply: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection.
