What Built GTM is

Built GTM is a personal brand operated by Heath Barnett. It includes the website at builtgtm.ai, the weekly newsletter The GTM Juice, social posts, downloadable tools (prompts, agents, workflows), courses (when launched), and any other content published under the brand.

Intellectual property

All content published by Built GTM, including newsletter articles, Build Log posts, courses, tool templates, prompt packs, and the design system, is the original work of Heath Barnett (and any explicitly credited collaborators). You may:

• · Read, share, and quote the content with attribution
• · Adapt prompts and workflows for your own internal use (the whole point is to copy them)
• · Reference Built GTM in your own work with a link back

You may not:

• · Republish full posts on your own site or platform without permission
• · Resell or repackage Built GTM content as your own product
• · Use Built GTM branding (the logo, the bracket system, the name) for your own venture

Use of tools and prompts

Tools, prompts, agents, and workflows shared via Built GTM are provided "as is" for your own use. I make my best effort to ship things that work in production, but I do not guarantee a tool will work in your specific environment or solve your specific problem. Test before you deploy. The receipts on the Build Log post are mine. Yours may differ.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. When I do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Continued use of Built GTM after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
