HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT

Signal-Led Sales

More meetings and more pipeline from the customers you already have.

WHY IT IS NOT HAPPENING

Your next enterprise deal is already in your product. You just cannot see it.

The revenue you are grinding for out in the cold is often already sitting in your base, announcing itself.

A self-serve account quietly added 40 seats across three teams: that is an enterprise deal, and no rep knows it exists. A customer's usage pattern changed shape two months ago: that was the expansion trigger. Another one stopped inviting new users in March: that churn will surprise you in June.

None of this is hidden. It is in the product data, the billing data, the behavior. It is hiding in plain sight because nobody built the system that looks. This is the problem I have worked at the longest, in more shapes than any other, and it is the one where the AI moment changes the most: reading signals at scale used to take a data team. It does not anymore.

YOU ARE PROBABLY HERE IF
  • 01You are product-led and upmarket deals feel like luck when they happen
  • 02Expansion is whatever the CSM happens to notice on a QBR
  • 03Churn post-mortems keep finding signals that were visible for months
  • 04Sales and product data live in different worlds and meet in nobody's job
  • 05Outbound grinds for meetings while the base sits unread
WHAT I BUILD
01
Enterprise deals inside the self-serve base.

Define what a product-qualified deal looks like from accounts that actually converted, then surface the lookalikes, built jointly with Product, who own the event schema.

02
Expansion triggers.

Seat growth, usage shape, team spread, the behaviors that precede an expansion. Routed to the owner as a play, not a dashboard nobody opens.

03
Churn early warnings.

A health score built on churn-risk behavior, read early enough to act, and pointed backward at the accounts already lost, because a win-back is a signal play too.

The part that fails when this fails: the signal fires and nothing happens. The last phase is always the routing and the cadence, a human owner for every signal, or you have built a very expensive smoke detector with no one home.

WHERE I HAVE RUN THIS

The companies are on LinkedIn. Here, the work speaks without the logos.

A GLOBAL ON-DEMAND MARKETPLACE

A market-level signal system matching category search demand to local supply gaps, pointing sales and marketing at density that returned: time-to-revenue down 40%.

A MID-STAGE B2B SAAS PLATFORM

The product-led channel became the number-one source of new business, winning nearly half its qualified deals, and the customer health score caught a $450K account before it walked, cut churn and downgrades 28%, and produced a seven-figure churned-customer win-back.
