CLEAN Demo
Most demos are product tours wearing a suit. You open the app, you click through the features you are proud of, and the buyer nods politely while quietly deciding you did not listen. The demo is where discovery goes to die.
This is the Split. The skill does the prep and the scoring. You own the room.
Feed the skill your discovery notes, the SPRINT call, the Gong transcript, whatever you have. It reads them and builds the demo flow across all five CLEAN moves: the exact three problems to restate in the buyer's words, an outcome-first storyline that maps each problem to a before-and-after, the specific proof points to pull for a company like theirs, the champion enablement language broken out by stakeholder, and a first-draft mutual action plan dated back from their timeline. You get a demo script that is already a continuation of discovery, not a blank tour you have to improvise.
Then, after the demo, the skill scores it against the CLEAN Demo Scorecard. Did you actually connect to the discovered problems, or did you jump to features. Did you lead with outcomes or with the product menu. Was every outcome evidenced with a real number. Did the champion leave with sellable language. Did you land a dated next step. The score tells you which move you skipped, so the next demo is tighter than the last.
The AI does not run your demo. It makes sure you walk in with their problems, their outcomes, their proof, and their plan already assembled, so all you have to own is the conversation.
Take your next demo on the calendar. Before you build a single slide, write the three problems you will restate in the buyer's own words in the first two minutes. If you cannot write them, you are not ready to demo. You are ready to go back to discovery.
Add the skill to Claude and run this on your own business.
